perpetual motion machine redux?

sep 1, 2006

any scientists out there who want to verify these rather grand claims?

http://www.steorn.net/en/technology.aspx?p=5

to me, this sounds like another instance of 'cold fusion' or the hype about that segway people-mover. but stranger things have happened, so i wont dismiss it until someone proves it one way or the other.

besides, it'd be great if something like this came along and destroyed OPEC.

also, i am seriously sceptical about 'science', and so it'd be great to see one of the cornerstones of dead-white-guy physics violated :-)

go, steorn! :-)

Chitrakut,
Strange indeed are the ways of Madhav (I mean our lord Shri Krishna); for I had just finished compiling this long piece on what the rising-right movement in USA means for India - specifically foreign policy and our societal unity.
This right-wing nut jobs are the biggest barrier for meaningful engagement with the US in the long run
