Gujarat & W. Bengal

A nice article by Balbir Punj on how Narendra Modi is turning Gujarat around, which is causing such a heartburn to the Marxists in W. Bengal. Modi has a dream of eradicating poverty from Gujarat in another 3 years! Also his innovative schemes to provide education, like the excerpt below from the article,

The girl child gets the money once she completes class VII, with interest accrued on Rs 1,000 for seven years. He has set up a separate fund for it and all the gifts he receives when he visits rural areas are put into it. ...

Gujurat seems to have acheived economic take-off. TamilNadu also seems to be leaving the rest of South India behind. Punjab has fully recovered from all that Kahlistan business.

The risk to these places is the migration from Bihar, UP, Assam, and even WB
