Manmohan's legacy: genocide

Removal of POTA was probably the only legislation the UPA passed, and it too was negationist in nature.
Why? Because those bloody hindoos were using it to randomly pick up innocent, weak, oppressed mohammedan youth and call them terrorists.

But this report tells us that POTA is coming back as "Pota Up Your A**" (or POTA-UPA). This law will have stringent conditions to catch the bad guys.
Each of the recommendations, whether they pertain to stringent bail provisions, or increasing the period of detention or making confessions before police as admissible evidence, are exactly as were under the Terror law under NDA rule.
Emphasis added. Due to the UPA's "development with a human face", weakness and oppression among mohammedans has been eliminated.
Hence everyone caught by POTA Up Yo' A (POTA-UPA), will be a bonafide terrorist; unlike the innocents during the NDA times.

Manmohan has the blood of thousands of innocent terror victims on hands -- due to his actions.
This truly is Manmohan's Legacy: Manmohan's terror Genocide

The one other legislation they brought in was Office of Profit Bill, they twisted the constitution to save Antonia Maino alias sonia ghandi. The worst corrupt communal anti-Hindu govt. ever.

If I remember correctly, repeal of the POTA was part of their manifesto. They also had the crust to boast of this as some kind of enormous achievement. Initially they said that POTA didn't prevent the Parliament attack. They conveniently forget that the one and only conviction of a terrorist (Afzal Guru) was under POTA. All other cases seem to keep dragging on. Anyway, I don't think a mere jail term is even worth calling a punishment for a murdering terrorist.

These politicians of india always follow the motto 'you scratch my back , i scratch yours' and the aam janatha get killed.

Hajpayee when in power, I recall reading, shunted Menaka Gandhi out of whatever portfolio she was handling as antonio maino wanted it.

Recently when Mayavati said something about kingani kuttan, Rajnath singh rose to kkuttan's defense !

All these Raam and SsivBhakti professing politicians would have no qualms about allying with Kanchi Shankaracharya arresting jayalalitha.

"India's enemies within"

By

Lalit Koul

" In a recent interview, Geelani explained his desire to enforce Islamic rule in Kashmir and said, "I have a three-point target. First is to impose an Islamic Nizam (jurisprudence) in Kashmir. Islam should govern our lives, be it in our political thought, socio-economic plans, culture or the ongoing movement. The creed of socialism and secularism should not touch our lives and we must be totally governed by the Quran and the Sunnat (precedents from Prophet Mohammed's life)."

This is a clear admission of the grand plan that the Islamist terrorists in India have. Azadi is just a word to be used and abused as per their convenience. The principal plan is to implement the rule of Shari'ah all over India and push the envelope of pan-Islamisation.

Now that Mr Geelani has finally admitted that he, along with hundreds of thousands of his followers, is Pakistani, it begs the question: What are they doing in India?

Now is the time that Mr Geelani and his followers should buy one-way tickets to Muzzafarabad, board the Caravan-e-Aman bus and leave India for good. If they are Pakistanis and Pakistan is theirs, they have no business to stay here in India.

Sixty years ago, India sacrificed a large piece of its body and soul to make a new country, Pakistan, to accommodate all those Muslims who did not want to stay in India. Millions of Muslims at that time made their choice and moved to Pakistan. Those who stayed back also made a conscious decision to stay back and most of them are content and happy. But those who are still in India and for some reason are not happy, should stop whining and should instead go to Pakistan - the country that was created solely for them in the first place.

In case Mr Geelani and his followers do not go to Pakistan, then they ought to be tried for sedition. It is not at all surprising that the Government of India is not enforcing the anti-sedition law and bringing charges against Mr Geelani and other separatist leaders from the Kashmir Valley. In fact, it is continuing its appeasement policies towards Kashmiri Muslims. If the UPA Government had shown the courage in enforcing laws of the land, we would not be counting the bodybags in Bangalore, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Delhi and other places all over the country.

The latest Delhi bombings clearly expose the Government's appeasement policies that are now coming back to haunt the nation and its citizenry. Terrorists belonging to SIMI could not have grown into such a force if successive Governments would have taken the tough decisions needed to save the nation. Terrorists need to be treated like terrorists and not like misguided youth. No one among these terrorists is misguided. Instead they are all highly-educated professionals. They have not faced any economic discrimination. But they are all on a mission to forcibly enforce the pan-Islamic agenda.

Our nation is not only facing the threat of Islamic terrorists but that posed by pseudo-secular opinion-makers as well. It is tragic that some leading opinion-makers are speaking the separatists' language and advocating referendum in Kashmir. It seems that these so-called intellectuals are unable to see the shrapnel-ridden dead bodies of innocent Indians. Kashmir is just the proverbial tip of the iceberg -- the iceberg is much bigger and has a sinister form and content.

It is sad that these opinion-makers cannot see this danger, unless they are willingly ignoring the obvious. Such people themselves are as much a danger to the nation as the separatists and the politicians who believe in appeasement policies. We need to be on guard and defeat the enemies within our borders - enemies that have grown into monstrous devils."
