Would success in trust vote in Lok Sabha amount to success of democracy?

oct 25th, 2008

kkkangress definition of democracy == that which allows them to rule.

the constitutional provision that allows the executive to take decisions without full disclosure and debate in parliament is itself at fault.

i am finding increasingly that the indian constitution has gaps; it is not the gospel truth that we have been led to believe it is. of course, if we treat the constitution like semites treat their books, we cannot modify or improve it. but it should be amended when found inadequate.
