someone should put about rumors that this fiza female and this chand blighter have both reverted to hinduism. some friendly RoP person from the nearest "kashmiri emporium" will then "discipline" or "correct" the pair, saving the rest of us the embarrassment of having to read about their antics.

"Talaq, uttered thrice, is legal under the Shariat and in this situation Fiza is free to marry another man if she wants after the passing of the three-month Iddat period," said the incharge of seminary's Fatwa department Mufti Ahsan Kasmi.
He also said that "a divorce is not necessary if Chand reconverts to Hinduism".
yikes - they actually laid a legal precedence for SMS divorce in the muslim community.
another feature of india's telco revolution.no? next election we will have manmohan promising free cell phone to mohammedans so that they can text 'talaaq' to their child factories.....err... well they actually have to be literate to do that.
no problem all phones will be islamised with a special 'talaaq' button. press once and you are done.eh?
