Eco-Protectionism Aimed at India
Here come the new eco-protectionist measures aimed at India. Note that their abhorrence for CO2 still doesn't allow them to transfer low-greenhouse nuclear power generation technology.

I doubt if many countries will give too much of a damn if the present govt keeps using lazy and criminal excuse of self-inflicted poverty to pour filth into the skies and waters of India.Later on of course, when the whole world has moved ahead in the new millenium, they will follow limping , squealing 'please accept me in the green club', and will do ape-like somersaults to please the big countries, as they did for the nuclear issue recently
