teesta caught lying, again: Gujarat riot myths busted

april 13th, 2009

teesta should be hauled into court for:
a) perjury
b) tampering with a witness
c) obstructing justice
d) criminal conspiracy
e) contempt of court
f) libel and defamation

zahira sheikh previously said the same thing about teesta, that teesta shoved a piece of paper in front of her and told her to put her thumb print on it without having the contents read out to her.

so where's harsh mander with his lurid "fetus-in-pregnant-woman's-belly" fiction? just like susan arundhati roy with her "ehsan jafri's daughter was raped" fiction whereas the woman was actually in america. similarly cedric prakash's "2000 muslims" fiction.

it is clear that the psecs just took every atrocity ever known to man and made up stories related to this and attributed it to gujarat.

and this has become part of the global folklore: it has now become a 'fact' that "2000 muslims" were massacred and that "fetus-in-pregnant-woman's-belly" was cut out of her. ah, the wonders of "truth by repeated assertion"!

but given the usual system in india, this too will be ignored and teesta will continue to fabricate more nonsense. there will be no punishment to her for lying and defamation

this is why we need a solid hindu legal group that pursues defamation issues and sues the hell out of anybody who creates fiction like this.

Gujarat riot myths busted

Abraham Thomas | New Delhi

The so-called human rights activist, Teesta Setalvad — who paraded the Gujarat riot victims before the Supreme Court and claimed they had been denied justice — suffered
embarrassment on Monday after a Special Investigation Team (SIT) gave sufficient grounds for the apex court to doubt the authenticity of incidents highlighted by her NGO Citizens for Justice and Peace.

Pointing out a specific instance, the SIT report stated how the evidence of 22 witnesses was "suspect" owing to the identical submissions made in their affidavits submitted to the court. On enquiry, the SIT found that all the 22 affidavits were drafted, typed and printed from the same computer, giving sufficient grounds to believe they were "tutored". When the SIT questioned those who signed the affidavits, it was shocked to learn that these complainants were not even aware of the incidents.

Referring to another instance that exposed the Citizens for Justice and Peace's much 'trumpeted' charges, Rohtagi said the SIT investigation found untrue allegation about a gangrape of a pregnant woman Kauser Bano, whose stomach was allegedly pierced by sword and her foetus killed.

Hi Rajeev,

These 'so called' human rights wallas are extreme idealogues and Hinduphobes. They have friends in the high places like media, who are very willing to accomodate them. These Hindu baiters get paraded as 'human rights' people fooling gullible people.

Urgent need of the hour is pro Hindu media which can expose the Durbaris masquerading as journalists.

Those of you who live in India and are Indian citizens (ideally with legal training) should get together and create an organisation, Hindu Anti-Defamation League (HAL).

The purpose this association should be to raise funds to use the RTI Act to find the dirt on all these Hinduphobes and to put that information into the public domain.

Second purpose should be to pursue these Hinduphobes for damages for "hurting one's sentiments" (apparently this is a very popular reason used by Muslims in the Indian courts) as class actions for punitive damages.

Let no so-called journalists or their managing editors get away with any lies. Let them explain themselves in a court and demand apology statement should be printed in bold on page one of the offending journal.

Susan Arundhati Roy has published lots of actionable statements around the world. She and her publishers are not short of money!

There is no question that media is giving blank cheque to anti-BJP activists. The media simply believes their propoganda without cross-checking, while they are extremely suspicious of any claims by BJP. To counter media bias, we have started a new website www.bharatright.com, where we update all the pro-nationalist articles from all newspapers on a daily basis.

It is absolutely frightening that this harm done to Hindus, Modi, BJP, Gujarat Government, and OUR COUNTRY came about because the Supreme Court allowed itself to be hoodwinked by so-called "human rights activist", Teesta Setalvad, and other Hinduphobes/Indiaphobes. It remains to be seen whether the Supreme Court will take corrective action. With due respect, I submit that tangible action is necessary, to restore people's trust in the judicial system, which at present seems to be stacked against the majority community.
