The Swiss have managed to enrich themselves off the backs of many a poor populace, leaving their door open to any 3rd world embezzler to stash his money with them. Recently, they've faced a challenge from the US due to its War on Terror. While they may be acquiescing to US demands, the Swiss are still telling India to take a hike.
I think India needs to amplify its leverage by getting together with other countries on this issue, to make the Swiss reform. Let's see if all these noisy NGOs will speak up in support, or mysteriously stay quiet on the issue.
