NASA engineers have proposed the idea of the Puffin, a small personal electric aerial vehicle:
They claim an electric flying vehicle of this kind would be a more environmentally friendly solution for air travel and personal mobility.
Well, it's sleeker-looking than the Segway, anyhow. At least terrorist hijackers wouldn't be able to destroy skyscrapers anymore - unless they had a few hundred of these to fly in.
