China to Merge 9 Cities Into Largest Mega-City
China is planning to create the world's largest mega-city by merging 9 nearby cities together through various development projects. The proposed area will be home to 42 million people.

Good for India if they spend a lot of money on the Southern side as it's all within missile range. Maybe one day we'll have a leader strong enough to needle them.
