Over the centuries great many atrocities have been meted out to the Kashmiri Pandits - from the first conquest onwards; Mughals and now these dastardly terrorists.

The earlier exodus of the Kashmiri Pandits - the only ones who did not convert to Islam under the sword, rather choosing to die for theor faith - have been recorded in Bhat Vahis; chronicled by the Pandits. The latest expulsion of the Kashmiri Hindus is the seventh exodus from Kashmir. The mosques of the valley that blared the call - " Kashmir mein agar rehna hai to allah ho akbar kehna hai - if you want to live in Kashmir then say allah ho akbar" - started off the mayhem in which innocent Kahmiri Hindus were butchered.

The spineless GOI is thinking of reduction of troops in Kashmir, not for a moment thinking about bringing the Hindus back to the valley. Hopefully, the Kashmiri Hindus atleast are accorded the Internally Displaced status, which they are justly demanding.

UPA plans to double number of minority concentrated districts

"We are trying to bring down the cut-off percentage of Muslim population in a district from 25 per cent to 15 per cent to give it status of an MCD."

The Waiting Game:
A Polish research institute has developed a board game to teach young people about life under Communism. In the game, which is inspired by Monopoly, players must wait in endless lines at stores for scarce goods. For added realism, they have to put up with people cutting in line and products running out -- unless they have a "colleague in the government" card.
