the US' problem is simple: its conflict with iran. without that, they would have an alternate access to afghanistan via iran, and can say 'go jump in a lake' or words to that effect to pak.
or else maybe kayani has incriminating photographs of o'bummer.
i can think of other scenarios wrt the american president, but i think they are best left to the imagination.
but it's amazing how failed state #1 is dictating to hyperpower #1
