one hell of a guy, this theodore dalrymple is.
i like what he says about the psec types (those who say "i was *born* in a hindu family, but...") -- these brainwashed fools who worship cricket and cricketers are dangerous idiots who can go on rampages like the oslo shooter.
i also liked what he had to say about the pre-crime type activity (as in "minority report") that governments may try to do: lock you up pre-emptively if you have certain types of thoughts. so i guess 1984 is not all that far away.
