India and Vietnam will continue to explore oil and gas resources in the South China Sea, despite China's warning against it.
Well, what do they expect us to do, when they are moving ahead in putting men and materiel into POK? If they move into our yard, then we'll move in on theirs.

It is not just PoK. They have built a huge port in SriLanka (Hambantota) too.
China is trying to encircle and keep India as a frog-in-the-well.
It is also fairly clear by now that the Gulf of Aden and Somalia piracy issue, which now extends right upto the Indian coastline and unoccupied islands is the creation of China and Pakistan.
