Modi woos Chinese investment

The Times of India journalist has added his hallucination that Modi insinuated anything like Gujarat being different from the rest of India.

Nothing wrong in this effort from the great statesman in my view.

actually, gujarat *is* different. it doesn't have a nehruvian stalinist running the place, which means it has actual leadership.
