Just listened to economist India guy gushing about UID; absurd claims abound. Where on earth do they get these ideas from? JNU and radiamedia, must be.
Claims:
1. UID is voluntary. No, unless you have one you will become a non person
2. It is a great success for manmohan singh
3. It is an incredible technology success
4. With this and NREGA manmohan will win elections
