November 1 is Kalidas Jayanti and Dhanteras, 13 is Diwali - Laxmi Pooja - Mahavir Nirvan Diwas - Guru Hargobind was released from Gwalior Fort on Diwali day, 4th is Govardhan Puja and New Year Vikram Samvat 2070 starts, 5 is Bhai Dooj, 6-8 is Chhatt Puja, 15 is Tulsi Vivah and 17 is Kartik Purnima/Guru Nanak Jayanti/Dev Deepavali in Kashi/ Festival of Lights in Thailand and Pushkar Fair ends on the 17th, 25 is Guru Tegh Bahadur Punya Diwas.
