proposing a "egalitarian unity" of all "oppressed" sections of society. The People's front of Moplah butcher Madani
etc. have a declared intention to "liberate" the "under-privileged" sections from Hinduism and provide them with their egalitarian Arabic vision.

This is one crisis Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal will find difficult to handle. The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) cap with the image of a broom has raised the hackles of a section of clerics, who have issued a fatwa against it.
A section of clerics in Varanasi has said the AAP cap is anti-Islamic and Muslims must not wear it.
"A broom is used for cleaning garbage. So, sporting its image on the head is anti-Islamic. In Islam, we bow our head only before the Almighty. We cannot allow Muslims to wear such a cap," Hindustan Times quoted Mufti board secretary Maulana Haseen Ahmad Habibi as saying.
