Arabs Want India to Take Them to Mars

UAE is asking ISRO for assistance in helping them launch a spacecraft to Mars:

I really don't see why ISRO is getting involved with this. These people will simply piggyback off our brains and take maximum credit for themselves without giving us any (Invention of Algebra, anyone?)

Let them approach NASA, ESA, Russia, or China, and pay the higher prices while having to work out all the details for themselves. I don't feel that Indian taxpayers ought to be subsidizing the space programs of other countries. At this rate, ISRO will soon be taking Pakistani spacecraft to Mars. These people already think of us as their coolies, so why abet such attitudes?
