Modi Visit Important to UK

Modi's visit to the UK is seen as very important by the country's current leadership:

We should all want to see both houses prosper - the Tories are far more civilized towards Indians than Labour.

Modi's visit is important - to the UK. I'm not sure why he is going there at this juncture. The miserable British isles are not important to India. Britain does not matter. P.M Modi faces severe challenges at home, which should be handled. Visiting Britain would be useful only if the old hag returns our "Kohinoor" diamond.

We need the trade and commerce, as part of our economic growth drive. That should be guiding us, and not mere pride.

Brittanistan is a country of beggars. It's only significant export these days is "English muffins". No trade and commerce can be gained from Britain. It simply does not matter. Germany is probably the only European country that matters in pure economic terms.
